XI STIC Conference CCN-CERT

The CCN-CERT, set up in the heart of the National Cryptologic Centre (CCN), an organisation that is part of the National Intelligence Centre (CNI), is holding the eleventh annual Cybersecurity conference, under the slogan "Cyberthreats, the challenge of sharing". The event, which this year has expanded the space used with one more auditorium of the Kinepolis (Ciudad de la Imagen), hopes to bring togheter more than 1,600 cybersecurity experts from 13 th to 14 th December in Madrid.

The following topics were discussed at the event: Threats, attacks and technological challenges (Module 1); "Regulatory compliance and National Security Scheme" (Module 2); Cybersecurity prevention (Module 3). In addition, tools for detection and exchange of information and regulatory compliance were discussed.

SAURON project was presented as example of initiavite for critical infrastructure protection against physical and cyber threats. in addition, a poster was shown in the stand of S2 Group and SAURON brochures were distributed among the attendants. Several expanations of the projet were given to attendants interested in the project objectives and potential results.
