ETNA 2020 will host its second forum in Poole (UK) on the 17th of May 2017, in conjunction with the European Maritime Days 2017. During the event different topics will be addressed, following two main strands: - ETNA2020 Activities and Services - Horizon2020 and other EU programs, focusing on maritime related initiatives

During the event different topics will be addressed, following two main strands:

-       ETNA2020 Activities and Services

-       Horizon2020 and other EU programs, focusing on maritime related initiatives

Since ETNA2020 forum will serve as a place to exchange best practices and experiences and improve the implementation of the NCPs services, we would like to remind you that the latter are open to all formally appointed H2020 Smart, green & Integrated transport NCPs, even if not members of ETNA2020 project.

Please, find attached a draft version of the Forum programme AGENDA. All the information related to the logistic issues will be available and shared with you very soon.

Concerning the reimbursement conditions, we would like to highlight some basic rules: only NCPs from EU Member States and Associated Countries, other than ETNA2020 beneficiaries, are entitled to be reimbursed for their participation to ETNA2020 events; a separate message will be sent to all the Associated partners aiming at explaining the reimbursement rules and procedures.
